The University of Massachusetts Trademark and Licensing Administration protects and manages the names, logos, and other identifying marks ("University Marks") across all five UMass campuses. We authorize the use of these marks through official license agreements, ensuring they appear only on high-quality, tasteful products and services. The Trademark and Licensing office holds the responsibility of maintaining, licensing, and protecting the University Marks as well as actively enforcing the unauthorized use of marks, names and logos of on and off campus.
