During this retreat you’ll be learning about your colleagues’ work and communication styles to create a safe work environment that is productive, and enjoyable for staff and guests alike. As award-winners, you know how important this is so the workshop will be an opportunity to “better your best” by equipping you with tools and techniques for better communication and collaboration.
We’ll be using an assessment tool called Everything DiSC Workplace. You’ve been sent a unique code to create your own personal profile. It takes about 15 minutes to complete and you’ll have access to the results immediately on the Catalyst learning platform (you’ll be guided through the process).
